ARCHITECTURAL BIM provides an overview of the Building Information Modelling (BIM) such as the history, dimension, level of development and the evolution of BIM. The students will learn the application of an authoring tools to create an architectural BIM model of a double storey residential building at LOD 300. Beside the BIM model, students will also learn to produce technical drawings and extract simple quantities and information. The presentation of the drawings is according to the submission requirement of a local authority.
