Optical Fiber Communication provides a basis for students to recognize and understand optical fiber communication along and it’s supporting components. The course aim is to explain the structure of optical fiber, manufacturing of optical fiber and propagation of light in optical fiber. In addition, the students can also find out about the characteristics of data transmission in optical fiber communication systems.

GREEN TECHNOLOGY COMPLIANCE course is designed to introduce students with the integration of green knowledge, skills, practices and compliances in line with sustainable development goals (SDGs). Students will be exposed to related sustainable activities in achieving SDGs which also include innovation, viability and natural resources preservation. Students will also learn other areas where green technology is implemented such as energy, transport, building, water and waste management.

DEK30032 Electronic Computer Aided Design is one of the courses that is structured in Diploma in Telecommunication Technology (DTT) programme. DTT students will register for this course in the 3rd semester of study. However, this course is also offered as an elective course for other diploma programs such as the Diploma in Mobile Technology (DMT). This course basically covers the basic concepts and simulation of electronic circuits. It covers the production and simulation of Direct Current Circuits, Alternating Current Circuits, Logic Circuits and Electronic Circuits using ECAD software.
DEK33032 Electronic Computer Aided Design adalah salah satu kursus yang distrukturkan dalam program Diploma Teknologi Telekomunikasi (DTT). Pelajar DTT akan mendaftar untuk kursus ini pada semester ke-3 pengajian. Bagaimanapun, kursus ini juga ditawarkan sebagai kursus elektif untuk program diploma lain seperti Diploma Teknologi Mudah Alih (DMT). Kursus ini pada asasnya merangkumi konsep asas dan simulasi litar elektronik. Ia meliputi penghasilan dan simulasi Litar Arus Terus, Litar Arus Ulang-alik, Litar Logik dan Litar Elektronik menggunakan perisian ECAD.
